Your brand. Our CBN formulations. We handle manufacturing, lab testing, and packaging โ you handle positioning and sell-through.
Start Your CBN Line โWhite label CBN sleep gummies from Steve's Goods means your label on our existing CBN formulation (3/5/10 mg isolate, 2:1 CBD+CBN blend, melatonin or L-theanine variant), MOQ 500, 2โ3 week lead time on stock SKUs. Custom blends run 8โ10 weeks. You provide print-ready label artwork; we provide pectin base, CBN isolate sourcing, manufacturing, third-party COA per batch, and retail-ready sleep-aisle packaging. Compliance documentation flows with the batch. Start at /get-a-quote/.
Two paths: pick a stock CBN formulation (faster) or spec a custom blend (more differentiated).
Start with a stock SKU โ 3/5/10 mg CBN isolate, our 2:1 CBD+CBN blend, CBN+melatonin, or CBN+L-theanine โ or specify a custom ratio. Most new brands ship their first run on a stock formula and customize from orders 2+.
Provide your logo and brand colors. We produce retail-ready pouches using our standard dieline, or accept a custom dieline with a first-run setup fee. We place standard federal compliance copy on-label (FDA disclaimer, total-THC disclosure, batch ID); state-specific label review remains the buyer's responsibility.
Batch is produced in our Louisville facility, sent to third-party lab, and held until COAs return clean. Stock formulations: 2โ3 weeks. Custom ratios: 8โ10 weeks.
Labeled pouches, COA packet, allergen sheet, and H.R. 5371 compliance statement โ shipped direct to your warehouse or your 3PL. Ready to list the day it arrives.
The faster you give us the following, the faster we can generate your quote and get your sample set in motion. Submit everything through /get-a-quote/ or email it to [email protected].
Custom formulations โ any ratio or botanical combination not in our stock SKU list โ run an 8โ10 week development timeline from finalized specification. Here is what happens in those weeks:
| Week | Milestone |
|---|---|
| 1โ2 | Formulation spec finalized, ingredient sourcing confirmed, first-batch R&D sample produced |
| 3 | R&D sample shipped to you for taste/texture/profile approval |
| 4 | Your feedback received; any adjustments made to formula or flavor |
| 5โ6 | Production batch manufactured; total-THC COA per batch, full panel per production lot |
| 7 | COAs returned; reviewed against spec; compliance statement drafted |
| 8 | Label proofing (artwork reviewed on dieline, compliance copy confirmed) |
| 9โ10 | Finished product labeled, packaged, and shipped to your warehouse |
Timeline assumes your label artwork and spec are finalized at order confirmation. Artwork revisions or formula change requests after Week 2 may extend the timeline.
Our white label program is not a catalog โ it is a manufacturing relationship. Here is what is configurable and what is fixed.
We print buyer-provided artwork. We do not design your label โ you own your brand identity and supply the files. What we do provide:
State-specific labeling requirements (warning statements, potency formats, track-and-trace fields) remain the buyer's responsibility. We can advise on what we have seen in common retail states but we are not your label-compliance attorney.
Every white-label order ships with the following documentation packet:
Our third-party batch COAs are ordered from an ISO-accredited lab. The report covers:
Test results reflect actual batch data. We do not ship batches that fail any safety panel. COA is delivered digitally with every order โ no additional request required.
